The heating unit is equipped with an internal stainless steel protection to guarantee excellent resistance to impact and high temperatures. The door and heating unit can be easily removed without the need for tools. This allows easy cleaning and disinfection of the container. It allows to operate correctly in the HACCP environment. It can be powered by the standard electrical network (230V ac). The isothermal characteristics comply with current regulations (Reg. CE 852/2004 -HACCP-) and with the applicable technical standards (EN12571 and Accord AFNOR AC D40-007). The design of the unit allows deep cleaning and disinfection (Reg.
