The Vcolor 819/829 series is a range of controllers with an elegant design for the management of blast chillers.
They are available in a split version. The user interface consists of a 5-inch (M) or 7-inch (L) TFT capacitive touch-screen graphic display in glass, both in vertical (819) or horizontal (829) format. The display has 65,000 colours, a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and guarantees an IP65 degree of protection to facilitate cleaning.
They are capable of managing blast chilling and freezing cycles, by temperature and by time, with a “hard/soft” function and intensity management (in this case it is also necessary to use an external speed controller); temperature cycles are preceded by a test to check that the needle probe has been correctly positioned (including «multipoint» type probes).
Using an external multifunctional module it is possible to transform the controller into a machine multifunction for the subsequent management of fermentation cycles with retarder and slow cooking. It will also be possible to combine slow cooking with successive maintenance or blast chilling and conservation.
Installation on the back of the panel with captive screws allows the user interface to be placed flush with the panel, for perfect integration with the design of the unit.
Remember to indicate the machine model in the order for prior programming. With the use of an external multifunctional module it is possible to transform the controller into a multifunctional machine for further management of proving cycles with retarder and slow cooking. It will also be possible to combine slow cooking with successive maintenance or blast chilling and conservation.
